Our aim is to give the babies and children who attend the nursery the best possible experience, and to begin to develop the disposition and skills they will need to succeed in life in whatever they choose. To achieve this we work closely with parents and carers to engage them in actively supporting their child’s learning and development.

Last year we have had many successful trips, events and celebrations that have encouraged active parental involvement and engagement. We have visited the Birmingham Nature Centre, Weston Super Mare, had winter celebrations which included a Christmas trip to West Midlands Safari Park and held Workshops and Open Evenings to celebrate our babies and children’s achievements and promote the nursery.

Our curriculum is continually developing to meet the needs and interests of our babies and children from the local community. Some of the more specific needs that we aim to meet, relate to:
